The full version book has some great information, but has too much extraneous information. While some of the examples of situations were illustrative, many of them just seem pointless and were a distraction from the main theme. My main issue with the full book is that the authors seem to restate the same idea over and over. This summary book boils the content down to the important facts and tools needed to improve conversations and is quite honestly a much easier and coherent read.Product details

This is a decent book to help identify crucial conversations. It's not a great guide to how to handle conversations that are rapidly going south mid-way through. ;) However, it's raised my awareness level for day to day conversations that can rapidly turn into important decision points while you're not watching...
I loaned my book out 2 years ago and it was never returned. This does a great job recapping the crucial information.
Quick & concise . I have the book but this allows me to highlight relevant points for quick reference. Great idea I wish I had these summaries for other important books
